Does anyone get this problem in summer

When its hot my whole face gets messed up.My eyes become tiny and sink into their sockets my cheeks become puffy and purple and my face becomes dark red. I use sunscreen but I don't want to use too much because I want my vitamin D

You probably have allergies that get triggered by the heat. Maybe take an over the counter allergy pill?

I reduced it avoiding direct sunlight
