It may do but it honestly doesn't matter, ibliis was the word used by the arabs to refer to the satan so that is the word used by the quran. Similarly "ciisaa" is not etymologically related to original "yesuuc" from the bible, rather it was probably reappropriated by arabs from a word with a similar meaning, See this video
