Dozens of civilians die of starvation in Silanyo's constituency of Garadag

Although Silanyo and his fat wife have stolen millions from Somaliland’s coffers,
Siilanyo didn't have the decency to invest a penny in his own hometown over
7 years.He instead purchased houses in Dubai and UK with the stolen money.
As a result large parts of eastern Somaliland is now suffering since they never
got the funds to prepare for drought.
