There should be a rule no Somali leader can be a foreign citizens or they must renounce it because being a citizen as a foreign leader symbolically diverting your loyalties

^I concur. Dr Said Abdullahu Deni did not leave the country during the hardship of the past two decades.

He established together with others in 1992 the first private primary, junior and high schools in Bosaso when there was no school for thousands of displaced people. Everyone knows the importance of Imaam Nawawi which produced countless students over the decades. He is the father of modern education and first pioneer in education in Puntland after the fall of Siyaad Barre government in 1991.

Dr Deni later diversified his business and became a famous entrepreneur.
