You're absolutely right.

That's why my mother would tell me at a young age, don't seek validation for your dreams and goals. Don't share your plans, only share your achievements because some people will not be happy to hear your plans. In real life you will never hear or see me telling someone I'm going to do that or my plans are... Some people I hate to say this especially Somali people are negative. They like to see you down and they don't want to see you climb that success ladder.

Somalis are not dream killers, we are realistic. If someone said to you, you can't do this and it happens, the that person didn't kill your dream you were just not fit for the job.I tried watching the program of this hodan and i couldnt last more than 30 seconds. She just doesn't have 'it'.
