Cajiib. Why should the owners of the land and the majority cater to the mostly imported minority Afars and new yemeni migrants? They all should be speaking Somali. In the case of Djibouti I see it as the state keeping a link with France for aide and business unlike say congo or ivory coast that have countless tribes each with their distinct languages
