We function like any other country.We have a clearly defined borders,a flag,our own currency,a democratically elected goverment,an army with an active personel of 75 and a current defense budget of 300 million USD which is top 3 in the horn of Africa.We only needed recognition for legally attracting investors, investment and loans.But now we finally have that long awaited big investment to kick start some needed development in crucial sectors.
