Egypt's new capital to help ease congestion in Cairo

It's located some 50 km East of cairo still part of the Cairo Governorate. No one lives in it yet these cars are just visiting

What can we learn from this? Moving the capital for security reasons? Moving the Governments buildings to a safer area that's new completely. How many people were killed because of zoobe attacks and the target was some govt buidings like the ministry of education how many near by business have been destroyed?

This is the new Egyptian Govt Neighbourhood

Egypt is already splitted by class. this is to stop the population explosion in Cairo. There is "Quarter million births in 50 days in Egypt"

This is why a war between Ethiopia and Egypt is inevitable in my honest opinion. There is not enough water to support both the industrialization of Ethiopia and modernization of their agricultural sector and Egypt's population and agriculture.

Ethiopia would still be very water rich discounting the blue nile

Jaziira area behind Xalane. they should build government district in there then we will have less losses and it will be more secure.
This current government is already a failure probably, the next one Inshallah should determine the status of the capital and implement 1p1v inshallah.

The new capital is inside Cairo.

Source: I have been there

i have already stated this "It's located some 50 km East of cairo still part of the Cairo Governorate" but majority party is located between Cairo Governorate and Suez canal Governorate. GOV district is located inside the cairo Governorate because Cairo is the constitutional capital so you have to move the capital within it if you don't wanna change the constitution also the Egyptians love it as their Muslim historical capital. Alexandria used to be the capital before the Muslim conquest it has some Mediterranean looking people with green eyes because it was ruled by the greek and the Macedonians.

It’s 50km from Cairo city centre. But it’s right next to New Cairo.

It’s practically a new section of Cairo.

It’s like Sharjah and Dubai if they were in the same Emirate. Sad thing is only @Shimbiris will get this witty reference.

This is just for the rich. The people of Egypt are starving right now and can't even afford basic necessities but they're wasting the money building new districts for upper class Egyptians.

For the uninitiated; Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are really only separate cities in terms of their management and certain policies that come with that. In terms of "distance" there really is none. They immediately bleed into each other. Growing up on the "border" between the two cities in Sharjah Downtown Dubai was 15 minutes from my house without traffic. Certain areas of Dubai take like 30-35 mins to get to Downtown without traffic. I was closer in a part of Sharjah. The three cities are basically just a metropolitan area.

Arabs love naming everything a city.

There is like 20 different “cities” in Dubai.
