Las Anod district, parts of Xudun district & Taleex district (although one of the ballot boxes containing 200 votes were looted by soldiers in Taleex (unverified). Also some towns in Buhoodle district voted such as Widhwidh.

A lot of the Nuur Ahmed left Puntland longtime ago after the Taleex incident. The source is from reliable journalists in fbook and other insider sources.

The results will come out by region soon village by village then we can know who voted. However Las Anod is a mixture of different
Dhulo sub clans.
