100% true! We still wear our traditional dress though especially in churches, at weddings and occasions especially women but not in a day to day life. In this regard Eritreans are better than us. The men wear often habesha cloth than Ethiopian men. Kudus to them. The modern Ethiopian orthodox church wedding services looks like this. Orthodox religion is the #1 keeper of habesha tradition. Religion in general is the best place to preserve traditions and cultures.
