27 years of no central government and private investments will do that sxb. Somali ports have been left in the dust and Djibouti filled the void. It is a bit late to catch-up now.

You can't deny though. Berbera project has multiple benefits for the Somaliland economy. I'm just optimistic about the Somaliland future projects, that's all.
