To keep a B1 credit rating, Ethiopia's long term & future plans, THEIR WHOLE ECONOMY, relies on staying in Somalia. Remember al shabaab appeared in 2007 after invasion of Ethiopia to Somalia. Al shabaab had never attacked Ethiopia.
