Treaties cannot be changed retroactively. This has been codified in international law.

Secondly, if the UK leaves the EU it will just become the EU's like Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland. Those are not in EU, but still forced to accept all the rules and pay tribute.

lol Most of the Brits in Spain are retired pensioners. The Spanish and French economy needs the pensioners as they are not a drain on the public as the Somalis from the EU are. If Britain leaves then be prepared for all Euro trash people to get kicked out of Britain

The migration to UK form the EU by Somalis actually peaked in mid 2000s and pretty much ended in late 2000s. You don't see Somalis moving there anymore. The ones who did move there did it from 2000-2008.

European migrants do not claim welfare at high rates. They have higher rates of being in work compared to native Brits. Maybe the Somali FOB ones do, but they are only an insignificant group overall. Eastern Europeans are mostly hard workers in agriculture and construction and the Western Europeans living in the UK mostly only go for the high paid finance & IT jobs of London.
