UN Somalia Trust fund, and EU/US funding to fight terrorism consist of two components, the lethal apparatus which we are not getting because of the arms embargo, and the non-lethal, this includes the surveillance, engineering etc, we get next to nothing in this area as well. Then who gets all this funding, its ATMIS, both the lethal and non-lethal anti-terrorism funding in Somalia is goes to ATMIS and is not Somali lead.
