After they showed their 2010 report of Somaliland having 1% higher HIV than Puntland and Galmudug. They ignored the fact that Somaliland has the largest Oromo population within Somalia and majority of them carry HIV according to this 2016 report.

Puntland made fun of few poor villages in Somaliland that were toiletless but again they ignore the fact that Somaliland open defecation free for the poor villagers after all households constructed toilets with the support of UNICEF and their partners.

The truth is Puntland is politically, economically and militarily inferior to Somaliland in all aspect. They need to stop begging for our attention and stop pretending we're rivals because we're not. The UAE will make Berbera the biggest port in the Horn of Africa and the construction already began. How can you talk when Bossaso is a dusty fishing village?
