Cawaale leaked a voice recording of a private three-way conversation on his Facebook account, on record is Sola and Shiine requesting payment to "clear his name" from this scandal. He failed to make payment, what transpired next is a smear campaign in which Dahir Alasow, Shiine Culay, and Abdikhadir Boss released a coordinated series of disparaging videos addressing this topic on their channels, casting a negative light on Cawaale's forex dealings and his character, branding him a thief.
