There have been several meetings, conferences and summits regarding the drought and famine by the President and the Prime Minister. Hopefully it will amount to something and hopefully they act fast.

This is absurd. I can understand the violent regions, but people dying of hunger in the peaceful agricultural regions is a crime and the people in charge of regional administration should be shot. Even in Taliban controlled Afghanistan people don't starve.

The area is dealing with malaria, cholera and alot of IDPs. It will be hit harder than some other areas.This is absurd. Seems after PM Khaire announced these numbers that they're getting their heads out of their asses. It's a start atleast.
AUn to the dead, may allah curse the somalis who are exacerbating the crisis and others who are part of it.
