I saw Sheikh Asrar Rashid recommending him the other day. AUN.

Interesting history of this Sheikh was that he the chairs of one of the first Islamic courts operating in Muqdisho. The ICU emerged out of these courts which later came to be dominated by the armed Salafi Jihadi movements.
