Europe also have top many liberal parties and too few conservative/far right ones, leading to the liberal votes being split between parties and the conservative/far right ones being concentrated on one/few parties meaning they can easily get the majority of parliamentary seats and suchMost European countries have proportional representation and are bicameral.
