Deni is isolated he is lonely puntland is useless politically today Sws Jubaland Hirshabele galmudug and Banadir have all agreed to complete the constitution so deni is useless he can't do much to stop the constitution being completed even Mps from Puntland are supporting to complete the constitution like sanyare sitting with farmajo and taking photos with him will not change anything
There isn’t consensus in parliament either, many xhildhiban were not even present to vote. All former presidents disagree on it. If all of Deni’s MP’s in PL disagree with it, all it means is the ones in PL have been compromised with lalush.
I thought your scenario would be true, and that deni would be declared a spoiler by IC. But culmination of dissatisfaction of donors and the disagreements show a strong opposition brewing.

Debt forgiveness and arms embargo have no impact because you are too poor and unstable to be given loans, and have no money to buy weapons. You can't even control your own city.
