First it was the slogan "Nabad iyo Nolol" which is an old Puntland slogan!

And now, it's "Qof iyo Foosto"- which is a Puntland Development Slogan to build roads. Puntland used this to build the Ceel-Daahir-Ceerigaabo highway.

Guess who copied the exact same slogan and project style?
