How are you then taking care of the people in the mountanious region whom fear IS return, and the soldiers whom weren't paid even when the EU offered aid specifically to that purpouse

Farmaajo is not a regional President and as such can't be measured on that, all of Somalia is his backyard, and unified government would be better able to take care of our needs, then a regional state with rampant corruption (all of them)
