Farxaan Jeyte got 45k votes this is the same number of Somali community in Columbus which means that Somalis overwhelmingly prefer Farxaan Jeyte, the Somali community in all of Columbus is 45k.

Farxaan Jeyte is anti-LGBTQ and pro-Family and still got that many votes mashallah.

Why do I say he lost the battle but won the war ? because he is the Somali candidate with most votes and alhamdulilah he got good numbers, he was candidate in very competitive district 5 Columbus. The local government will take this into account and I believe they won't be able to ignore the massive Somali community that supports Farxaan Jeyte in the future, maybe new seats will be added to the council.

What matters is the participation and the flexing of 45k votes, these cannot be ignored local government will look into that.
