Whenever I see fat Somalis I get very enraged. Like abnormal levels of anger. When Somalis follow a good diet they tend to look a lot better than most countries, but these fat mouth breathers always bring us down. the woman are fat because they think it’s sexy.. the men just can’t stop eating & they’ve developed pot bellies. Such a huge difference between the ones from the city & the baadiyo.
ALSO IN THE DIASPORA: them sitting around all day in Coffee shops drinking shax, going home eating qashin has taken a toll on them.

I agree! Both genders. I always see the blobs pop up on my TikTok & the fact that they think this is acceptable is what enrages me. Xishood laan. THE government should refuse fat people to lead the country. If u can’t take care of yourself, you can’t take care of the country.

Agreed. We need to encourage more active labour. This is obviously a thing in the baadiyo but the city lot seem to be very lazy.

I've been on a very strict diet averaging like 4 days of cardio in the gym now inshallah will keep it up and get down to 15%

No that's not fair! We skinny people deserve to have served Halwa every now and then, specially Eid and wedding celebration.

There should be a rule, that every Halwa store should have scale at the door, and every customer should get on the scale. If you weight more than 190 lbs then they should not sell you Halwa. No Halwa for Butac bonbalo.
