It is two groups that have been fighting for a while. On the first day the Bahrarsame attacked
Dhumay village (a unexpected attack) and many people were killed including the Imam of the
mosque. On the second day the other militia entered the village and the clashes resumed.

They need to be checked, can Somaliland or Puntland even intervene(don't know where the jurisdiction lies) and disarm them with brute force or something

During 1 part it looked like a reporter asked why you don't send soldiers to intervene to which he replies I'm not the general or in the army.

So let me get this straight Sland army was “defending” the village and left so this militia armed by Sland could massacre the villagers? This is why you don’t let a militia that’s not your clan protect your village. Dhulos are one confused people.

Somaliland has no control over tribal militia and are illegal.
the army just rotates its station to different villages in eastern sool. the conflict between the 2 clans is due to themselves.

do you remember last month when baashe, kaahin and faratoon went to sool to make all tribal militias to surrender their weapons
