Cheat or not that depends education on that State. Each State has quote scholarships.

All States are not mature yet beside PL & SL. So making national test need time after meetings in coming years.

i disagree. my idea of government doesn't include much of education and controlling natural resources.
i support private property over natural resources which is way better in my opinion and government should get out of education

Great news for Puntland who built a strong education system and is constantly working to improve its curriculum, examinations and so forth.

There is no way we will let our students answer questions about Atta Turk and buy answers from Suuqa Bakaaraha.

The fms that can produce their own exam's have every right to do so.

And the paper fms states can look up to that standard and one day also produce their own exams.

We need more agreements like this, it means that the fgs is finally starting the process of accepting federalism.
