Fellow Somalis how does one get rid of illogical ceeb views and anxiety

Wallahi being around cadaans and sitting in certain environments you are around religious or irreligious and this is what I find to trigger my internal insecurities.How does one move on from this ceeb mindset? Underneath my skin this ceeb mindset is deep within me

I’m confused by what you mean by ceeb mindset.

Limit your contact with these people and exercise daily. That will keep your anxiety at bay.

there is no pill for insecurities huuno. U have to face them bravely.


Start by upping your vitamin D hoorta. :)

Sorry just to clarify what I mean by ceeb is that when living in a dalka gaalo they require you to be bubbly , smiley and hard working but I find this hard cus I’m a shy nin who just wants to sit at home and collect benefits but even then this ceeb mindset creeps me into thinking that it’s ceeb for me to be an adaan mans country.

how can my future kids ever respect me for living in a country that isn’t yours? I don’t even feel like a man I feel like a worthless walking machine
