SL iyo PL used to complain about the AID money that goes to Xamar. Now with this increase in the budget. Will Xamar give our share from it?. Because of Xarmaajo PL didn't receive single dollar from International AID money to Somalia.

Somali govt and SL only 'declare their budget forecasts' but never 'close their budget' each year, have u noticed this @FBIsomalia budget forecasts are pointless without budget closures as u can not measure if you worked within or outside your declared budget.

It's also impossible to verify if your end of financial year was 'realistic' in comparison to your 'budget predictions'. Only govt who does budget forecast and closure is PL. Showing you the 'ministry of puntland finance' is a proper financial ministry, the rest are pure 'kangaroo state shit'.

You cannot work out budget surplus or a budget deficit based on the funds you forecasted and the actual funds you recieved nor can u show the value-add of those taxes and how it was 'used' none of this is measured against 'outcomes' to see what 'benefits' were gained or 'failures'.

These niggas will continuously be in a cycle of people not paying taxes because there is no taxation accountability and hence their people will be less 'taxation friendly' because they don't even know where it goes and what benefit is gained because these kangaroo states do not provide 'accountability' it's a continous a shit fest constantly.

@FBIsomalia the more accurate budget type is the 'end of financial year budget' this is the budget that tells you what 'revenue was raised', the 'forecast' is just predictions of 'revenue' it's not 'set in stone' untill cross referenced against the budget closure. U will never see a closing budget in SL or Hamar as this cannot be 'fudged' as it is reported on your 'outgoing expenditure' which can be 'traced' to see if it actually was 'real' or fake.

Where-as with budget forecast you can't 'audit' something that isn't even in the 'govt account' to begin with, hence Isaaq and Hawiye love operating in this 'no accountability' type of zone which is deemed a 'kangaroo state'. Shots fired at Hawiye n Isaaq by the DR, come at me dawg, get at me and show how the doctor is wrong
