FGS revenue on track for new all-time-high

Why praise such a small increase when the country desperately needs much more dramatic economic changes?
200 million in tax revenue = $13 per capita ...
Compare that to another shithole nextdoor...Kenya @ $300 per capita in gov revenue.
Tanzania, Rwanda are much higher.
How on earth do they plan to fight Al Shabaab and restart our country with this lackluster attempt in wanting to increase gov revenue?
80% of our population are under 30.
They need to be educated today.
If not then in 10 years you'd have a huge percentage of your population without any marketable skills and not able to contribute to our development.
There are simple laws that they can pass today that could create new industries and bring about billions in tax within a year but they are too busy running around doing errands for Ethiopia.
