There was also this weird Twitter and YouTube account called "Somali Against Pan Africanism," with a Somaliland flag as their profile picture. The account mostly interacted with FBA people and followed people like Tariq Nasheed. It's definitely run by some AA madow larping as Somali.

I think the person running that account you posted might be the person.
