Waste of money being given to a broken failed state. I mean who in their right mind would give any amount to a paper country that a) foolishly claims a neighbouring country that's independent of her and b) lacks a strong, effective central government.

I can only conclude there's a hidden motive which is sinister and neocolonial in nature
