Tell him to learn how to use a niclo. A lotta maqaayads there dont really use cash. Also tell him not to use an expensive looking phone outside [iphone, samsung], phone thieves there go crazy. I also suggest getting looking at data bundles or wifi in advance so that he doesnt have to think about that when hes there. [i suggest hormuud $10 package]. Also when he arrives to get a sim card and learn how to use EVC
