To be honest no thanks. At this stage all aid is bad as it just maintains a culture of laziness, dependency and shamelessness. Aid is the biggest cancer in the world, it creates a culture of dependency. The Europeans destroyed each other in 2 massive wars (100 million +!died) and they got initial loans from the US and rebuilt. Japan was nuked and bombed only to rise up to the second largest economy for a long while (its 3rd now) and so on.


I say cut all aid and force these people to help themselves, if thousands die then that is tough but in the long run millions will survive and prosper
