Yesterday the police foiled a terrorist attack about to happen on the 18 May celebrations. 3 men were arrested and few houses raided. The RRU have been working hard.

All these raids in Hargeisa and Mogadishu are just policemen stealing lap tops. AK47 are not illegal so either ban them or stop planting them in people's houses so you can steal their child's laptop.
