For anyone on dating apps, how's your experience been so far?

does political view make an impact?
Is communication flowing well on both sides?
how long before you go on a date?

I once signed up to tinder using my Facebook account, and got exclusively matched up with, white feminists.

Never again.

I remember using tinder and bumble back in 2016 and 2018. Got matched with tons of brown South Asians and black Africans/Caribbean women but not much of anyone else. Not going to lie. I was a bit of a self hater back then so it hit my frail ego pretty hard

The only date I did set up cancelled the day before the date. Made me realise I how uncomfortable I feel trying to court a woman I barely know

You'll find the most fakest, shallowest and entitled people in human history on dating apps, it's a black void that doesn't satisfy you at all

Thanos was right :damedamn:

Tried it and not a fan, it’s too easy for people to lie about who they really are.

I dated a guy I met on bumble only for him to tell me he had a criminal record after 2 months of dating. That made me swear off dating apps honestly.

Plus the whole concept of it is weird when you think about it, it’s like you’re sorting through a catalogue of people and all you have to go off of is their pictures. Takes away all the fun of a first time connection and falling for someone because of their personality and energy

Dating apps feel like a slave market wallahi. I was looking through my sisters hinge, something deeply disturbing about it. I think it has to do with basically making a product out of yourself and the never-ending stream of people. Maybe I'm just insecure ....idk

Was on tinder at 12-14 tryna find a match
Remember watching this one Cadaan ting she was on live talking about her feets

Tinder you’ll find college and bar hopping girls.
bumble plentyoffish Just fat cadaan and AA women. Muzzmatch mostly single mothers of all nationalities and the cambaro with the worst balwad.

Yah I download tinder recently cause my program got no shorties. All I've been getting likes from is cadaan women I'm pretty cheesed lowkey :mjlol: also they swipe left in my area if you're a right winger. Now I'm just hitting timgs up from socials going out with a Filipino girl when the winter break comes in

i think if you take out your political affiliations you'd have more success. They can figure out your politics later and if they really like you, they might make exceptions. You are cock blocking yourself lol.

Check out their Facebook page (guryasamo) they have over 700k followers and they hold regular seminars on running family & choosing a spouse. They sometime bring over speakers from outside the country. They're very legit. Their app collapsed on its second day due to the massive traffic from Somalis in the country and the diaspora.

From what I have seen the app is for men and women who are interested in partners who are back home. There’s gonna be a lot of diaspora men but they might not be into you.

I don’t use Facebook. May Allah bless it for them and make the creators and their supporters sincere individuals who have taqwa.
