Well it depends are we talking per capita or overall economy? Per capita we could do better but overall we have better economy that Puntland by a A LOT.

The statistics you all love to bring up is outdated, it shouldn't reflect the situation now but a couple of years ago. Bring me not only one but multiple reports that is based on current data then we can go into this futile economy talk. Everyone brings this up bruuuh overall Somaliland GDP was larger than Puntland by 700 million.

I don't know how you define freedom but if I'm being jailed cause I went to the capital of the country I live in or talk shit about it I don't consider it very free but that's just me

Wallahi, I was sending money the other day to some family in hargeisa. I told the clerk to send it to Hargeisa, Somalia.

My family didn't get the money, because I had the wrong country!! I had to switch it to Hargeisa, Somaliland.

Western Union recognizes somaliland and somalia as 2 different countries.

Shit actually shook me. It's lowkey but businesses and other groups de facto recognize somaliland already.

It's just not recognized nominally. The main battle is the de facto recognition.
