When Europe falls I hope the French are among the 1st to go.

Because of them I've all but written off certain aspects of my own ancestry (west Africa), because I refuse to learn their croissant language! it's widespread there.

Sad u can't escape them even when u have the will to.

I'm AA bra. I'm from the US.
I did an ancestry test years ago & most of my bloodline is from French West Africa.

Never been but I want to - the biggest obstacle being I'd have to take the initiative to learn French.
Burkina Faso/Mali is at the top of my list for that reason alone.

French is obviously still the prominent conversational language, but at least Burkina Faso has taken the initiative as of late to do away with the language in favor of a indigenous one.

I'm all for it. & If things keep turnin up in the West I may have to make that move sooner rather than later.
