Is this good news for Somalia? I personally do not support Morroco's annexation of the territory.. however geopolitically is this in Somalia's interests?

Fishing, phosphate mining, and the potential for oil reserves is the main driving factor for claiming the territory.

To me this is straight up settler colonialism from morocco's part.

However, geopolitics is brutal and I can't lie, if western sahara is nipped in the bud... it only helps our territorial integrity over north west Somalia in the eyes of the international community.
