The clear problem is that a large percentage of reer @Jungle support Alshabab. Thats not even taking account of reer SWS, who breed half Madow terrorists who hate Somalis.

Puntland needs to secure its borders and be a confederal state until FGS clears Alshabab from the south. It's one of the main reason Somaliland is doing great on the security side.
