Your making baseless allegations without a shred of evidence. Where are the sources that are telling you that this aid money is being used for bribery? Don't make up the facts to backup your argument. The Somali federal government has in practice and reality more power than any federal state. And when a bunch of corrupt leaders of maamul gobaleeds try and convene meetings to undermine that government nothing will come out of it but chaos. Some people profit from chaos and lawlessness others want to get things running again those are two distinct camps my friend which one are you on? Anarchy or civilization.

Not everything has to be concentrated in Mogadishu however all major decisions have to be made there since it's still the capital. I understand that mogadishu is obviously a dangerous place because the mooryans can't be trusted to allow peace, but unless we move the capital it's gonna stay that way.
