My dad did bow down to Sayidka and Say he was the true Father of the Nation, every clan speaks about him and refer back to him. Noone really refers back to the Boqortoyo he said as kids as they all used to slip and sit around listening gabays from Sayidka he said as kids in Bari. That's why he got the Statue in Mogadishu and the Boqor Osman didn't.
He Said boqorka had nasabnimo, title, royalty, respect but he didn't and wouldn't ever gain the sort of influence and sway sayidka has over all Somali clans. Noone refers back to that silly ahmed gurey lets be honest.
