@TekNiKo Garacad has much more then dump trucks, it's an industrial site.


Puntland is an economy, Galmudug is a business(hormuud), it's not the same economic power base.

Ultimately the result is what important and they will have port. How they build is not as important as finishing and completing the port building.

Sax , any development in our country is a plus . The hard work both mudug communities put in will pay off and will reduce the prices of goods for both communities.
