It's got good future ahead of it targetting the container imports/exports for oromia and DDS and PL/SL/GM/HS, that's a large market, unlike berbera fighting with djibouti for 'scraps'. DDS is completing the road infrastructure on it's side but HSM is with-holding the 3G road funds, thinking 'aid' pressure will change 'umad tashatay' unlike his clan who flip flops(ma tashan beeshisu) that's why his 'salty' at PL plus he is considered unreliable to anyone in the world due to the flip flopping of his clan.
@Abdalla @Manzana PL constitution and SFG constitution make it clear PL is independent untill both constitutions are finalized, I hope Deni told the I.C in nairobi that our development should be separate from hamar becuz it's unrealistic to demand PL to trust 'govt of the day' we trust 'agreements and rule of law' only and on those grounds since their is no rule of law or constitutional agreement, we demand our own separate Puntland Development Fund for the I.C to engage with.
I really wish I was PL 'foreign' guy, I know how to talk to 'gaalo' since I know their 'respect' for 'rule of law n agreements' not relying on the 'govt of the day'. I would ensure PL has it's own separate security-foreign policy- and development funds. Everything allocated to Somalia, I would demand our 30-40% share.

If it was me who drafted the constitution, I would make it clear the 'south' must agree first among themselves on the constitution, reach security milestones, law n order milestones, international 'confidence' milestone(not hiding in halane) and telling us to 'respect' such pathetic govt.
I would blast the I.C with facts, do not pressure PL to do something which they refuse to do. Finally PL will carefully review the system in place in the south and constitution in place and review our own constitution where we can harmonize. Kuma deg-degen anigu with the south, first only hand down 'one function' at a time to the SFG and wait and observe it's performance not 4 functions like we did. We tanasuled on 4 key functions, wallahi we are absolutely nutts.
I would also put a 'time-line' for the south, if it hasn't resolved within a 'set time period' the SFG recognizes PL as a separate nation to pursue it's own survival interest. Garacad has 4 Dekeds Berth, Hamar only 1, It's 4 times the size, get a grip jealous boy. The 300 million investment, can create 300 10 story towers in hamar. Plus Garowe water treatment plant is 50 million investment, Clean waters from our taps, while u drink bakhti salty xaar infested biyo which u deserve.
Just el-dahir to erigavo locally funded 200 km road, that investment can buy out the whole south.
