What makes Sheegow different than other fake generals in Mogadishu? Indhocadde, Mungaab etc have all killed civilians also.

Whats the problem and that was before Shabab were pushed out Xamar in 2011 Sheikh Sharif promoted double that a year or so later including many daroods. Its also widely known he did this to keep up morale as the govt was unable to pay them all correctly. You should also then remember around the same time Farmaajo was appointed pm and started his propaganda shortly after that he is for the SNA, showing up in their barracks, falsely claiming he released funds previously held up by Sharif etc Sheikh Sharif did great a job considering.
