Genetic models for horner east africans on qpAdm.

The first pic is for somalis , the second for Eriterians, the third for Afars and the fourth for Ethiopian Jews.Unfortunately this qpAdm model does a bad job in separating the ancient Levant Chalcolithic among horners from their additional arab ancestry but does a fairly good job in calculating their ssa ancestry when compared to newby tools like g25 and gedmatch.

Unfortunately I dont have Tigray or Amhara samples but the former r prolly similar to eriterian samples with the later being similar to the Afar samples with peehaps more omotic mixture.

Kindda interesting how the somali samples r nearly 60 % ssa, these somali samples r btw an av of some folk tested in Garissa .

Yeah, but I im interested in the genetics of horners.

Everyday some surprises, what made you interested on horner genetics?

From Garissa to Djibouti city there is no genetic differences among somalis and if there is, its extremely miniscule.

Found them interesting due to their unique phenos , culture and history when compared to other Africans.
