The Southernmost part of Somalia is really tropical. It feels more like Indonesia than Somalia (the environment).

I think thats very high possibility since its a coastal town and old settlement. Would be nice adventure to explore.

That's a sign of fertility. It's sediment from upstream. All rivers have it, especially at the very end.
