It's like when homo sapiens came to Europe and Asia and found these people neaderthal in Europe and mid east and denisovan in Asia. They were like modern aborigines today basically.

They inherited our brains thru intermarriage but their still some left over junk from neaderthal and denisovan periods their no quick at anything but memorising and I assume they did the same during homo sapien Era untill another wave of E1b1b men laid down farming and settlements in the Levant and north Africa.

They can't just breaks things down into random groups and sub groups on any topics look at relationships involved, they set there and look at details details details I've seen how they think at school, I just didn't know it was neaderthal and denisovan gene, for that I was ignorant.

Anything complex is always broke down into groups and sub groups and then you look at relationship happening in different stages and how it combines or merges to a final outcome, basically a tree with branches and leaves thinking.

I avoid them like the plague cause you got like 100 years in life and no time for their granual details memorisation like idolatry but I don't blame em their no different to their neadethal and denisovan ancestors.

Pretty surprising that the source is actually somewhat reputable. It’s one of the major 2 university rankings (other one being QS).

this doesn’t completely rule out a bribe, African and third world universities that aren’t Chinese are just terrible across the board and don’t differ much from each other. SIMAD probably gets a greater share of the resource pool than other universities in their respective countries. There’s also the HSM factor

Thats true this is a legitimate big deal ranking organization so it's definitely possible. I mean at least from what I've seen somalia seems to have a much larger and more active intellectual culture than most ssa countries. Even ethiopia which suffers from having thier intellectual class being wiped out twice in the last hundred years and govt censorship in recent decades. Plus the somali publishing industry seems to be way more active than other african countries .

Nah I was thinking about kenya and south africa as the exception. In any country intellectual discourse is dominated by the common culutral and historical experience. In basically all of ssa the only common experience a country has is colonization and so in basically every ssa african country the intellectual discourse is about the postcolonial experience, race, panafricanisn, etc. Since there is no precolonial intellectual tradition or common culture to draw on. I've listened to how many african intellectuals on YouTube and looked up papers on jstor. It all revolves around colonalism and pan africanism .

This is made worse by the fact. That if you were an African intellectual becuase your countires main written language is either French or English. There is nothing you can say on almost any topic that won't be found done in a more sophisticated and develop way by some western writer.
