The small villages and towns will be represented by the closest urban centre MP that has over 50,000 people.

Representation should be population based on urban centres, not district based.

I really liked how he said it is impossible to build a government by consensus. Somalis want to make sure everything is agreed upon always, and whomever disagrees is a spoiler. They don't seem to understand that people in Bosaso have very different values and norms than those in Mogadishu or Baydhaba. This is only natural due to the difference in environment and societal structure. Trying to find consensus in such circumstances is doomed to fail and will not move the country forward.
