There was a lot of corruption involved in the construction of the Garowe Bosaso road in the 1980s. Although the gov at that times does deserve praise for having seen it through, and we owe the Italians a big favor.

There are places where there should have been bridges, check dams etc… that were not built. This tog between Carmo and Ceel Daahir is one of them. PHA are working on the design of a new bridge. This tog is not that wide so they should be able to bridge it with a small bridge.
