In all honesty, the region would be peaceful with HY as President of Somaliland and all institutions either in their territories or run from hargeisa by 'stooges' for HY. The jeegaan are a nightmare, it's been nothing but wars with these guys in the region since 2002 and we want a peaceful somaliland next door with the RIGHT CLAN in charge, which is HY.

All PL/SL deals are in Sanaag with the HY, not Jeegaan and this is not workable anymore. Jeegaan have to go sxb before the whole place goes up in smoke if jeegaan do not relinquish power. This is about saving SL not destroying it.

@Bohol no offence brother but the truth is this!!!!. Don't let your town die. Erigavo was selected as the capital of sanaag by siyad barre for 1 reason only, it was considered the largest settlement. It doesn't matter if you have 1000 tuulos or even the majority in the region according to the old government or if you are the majority in the country side, all capitals of regions were determined on who was the largest settlement.

You could lose that right with Badhan asking for the capital of Sanaag to be switched from Erigavo using the old formula that makes all capitals of each region. Because once that road and makhir university happens, it's going to be double in size with all those tuulos and nomads coming into the town either selling their camels off and buying a property or people moving away from Erigavo surrounding districts.

I just can't accept burco didn't control everything from sool-sanaag as it used too.
